Package tracking help
A little clarity
From finding your tracking number to understanding the next update.
Check your shipping confirmation email, retailer order details, or shipping receipt. An order number may be different from a carrier tracking number. If it is missing, ask the sender.
Check the number for typing errors. A newly created label may not have a carrier scan yet. Check again later, or contact the sender to confirm that the shipment has been handed over.
Enter the tracking number from the sender. Available events depend on the carriers involved and the information supplied to 17TRACK. A local delivery partner may use a second tracking number.
Tracking generally shows carrier scan events, not a continuous GPS location. Any delivery estimate comes from the available shipment data and may change.
Contact the shipping carrier or the retailer you ordered from. My Package Tracking cannot change a delivery address, reschedule a delivery, or investigate a missing shipment.
