Suning History
Formerly known as Kingon Commerce Group Co., Ltd., Suning Commerce was established in 1985 with an app auto-import system.
It became a member of Suning Group Co., Ltd. in December 2009. Suning Commerce Group was renamed Suning Commerce Group Co., Ltd. in April 2011.
In December 2012, Suning bought the shares of Huajian Group and became the exclusive supplier of shoes for the world football association, FIFA.
History of Suning’s e-commerce Platform
In 2012, Suning launched a cross-border online shopping platform named “Shanghai Shangrila,” and in March 2016, “Suning Internet Finance,” which facilitated SME financing online and was the first online financing platform in China that provides SME financing without a guarantor.
What is Suning Tracking?
Suning Tracking is a cloud-based ERP system that offers online and continuous offline monitoring of production, sales, and other activities in the logistics & transportation, energy, advertising, and accounting divisions.
The ERP system integrates integrated logistics, transportation, and the transportation unit into one ecosystem, integrates the entire sales environment into one operation interface, and keeps track of all marketing activities in all company branches.
Suning tracking allows customers to track Suning shipments and Suning parcels with the help of tracking numbers.
Why do you need to use Suning Tracking?
Since most of the sellers don’t provide a good user experience or a dedicated tool for their customers to track their orders, the company decided to develop its own tracking tool, Suning Tracking, to replace the need for a separate third-party tracker.
So, it saves you time, money and makes your shopping experience much more enjoyable. After checkout, you can check the status of your order at any time and get Suning courier updates instantly.
After you place an order, you will receive a unique Suning tracking number for instant monitoring your Suning packages. You can also use My Package Tracking for receiving updates.
Simply enter your tracking number and get a better tracking experience with our tool. You will get the exact parcel’s location and delivery time.
How does it work?
Suning will first identify the top ten items sold per customer, then compare them to the ten categories that comprise the top ten items sold per customer, then identify how the customer is split into these top ten categories and the probability of product purchase.
This process helps merchants figure out the percent of customers who are allocated into the specific categories to ensure that they include the top ten items that customers like the most.
Suning can also identify your customers better than any other B2C platform because it tracks the total number of sales made on their site, which will be good news for your product sales.
This will be useful if you target bulk buyers and rely on e-commerce platforms to generate sales—Suning is an important traffic source.
