2) My Package Tracking Permissions

The app requires certain permissions to function properly. These include:

• INTERNET (retrieve data from the Internet / access to all networks): Is required to load the server data.
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION (exact location): This enables the current position to be shown on the map. You can deactivate this (see below)
• WAKE_LOCK (deactivate hibernation): Required to process and display incoming push notifications.
• VIBRATE (control vibration alarm): Used for vibration in push notifications.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (get network connections): Required by Google Maps.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (photos / media / files / USB storage contents): Required by Google Maps to save their data.

3) Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics

The My Package Tracking app optionally uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. When starting the app for the first time, the user can choose whether Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics should be used. The user can deactivate the use of Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics in the app at any time.

4) Disclosure of data to third parties

Data that has been logged when using the My Package Tracking system is generally only transferred to third parties if this is required by law, determined by a court decision or the disclosure is necessary for legal or criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on the internet infrastructure.

5) Rights of data subjects

• To request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. • According to Art. 16 GDPR to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us

• In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible and
• To complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our company headquarters.

6) Premium Subscription

The app offers a premium subscription service for $1.99 per year. The payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

For Google Play Store users, you can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the Google Play Store after purchase. For Apple App Store users, you can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Please note that any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

7) Changes to This Terms of Use

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
